• The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. I especially like the laser sking tightening procedure, my face looked air brushed afterward. I bought additional services and plan on returning.

• The regular prices seem high, but the special discounted packages seem very reasonable. The facial I received was an enjoyable experience. Devin was friendly, attentive, and explained the proceedure and post proceedure instructions very well. The facility was clean and modern but the lobby had a more “spa-like” feel than the individual rooms. I would recommend Balanced Health and Beauty and I expect I will go back for other treatments.

• I’d say they were fine but not great. It took me asking, for them to explain the process to me before I signed my life away on their required forms. But when they did explain, it was well explained and I felt comfortable with the service and it was performed well. They also didn’t encourage me to use BOTH parts of my coupon.

• I thought they might try (and I was dreading it) to sell their other services or products after getting me in the door with this groupon, but they didn’t. They are professional and helpful. I really like this place and would definitely go back for other services.

• This is my first visit and it is a 3 part process for the one Groupon deal. My first visit was 13 Jan. 2012 and it was for the first part which is a micro derm abrasion treatment . And then I go back in 2 weeks for the second part of the process. So I would say that the first visit was a success. And I’m looking forward to my next visit.
